The 2022 OJBLL season is in full swing with 23 teams competing.  The Western Conference is comprised of 11 teams, while the Eastern Conference has 12 teams.

The Brampton Excelsiors will host the 2022 Founders Cup Championship in August, welcoming teams from across Canada to compete for Jr. B lacrosse's most prestigious prize.
