Robert Morris Enters Nationals as No. 2 Seed

The Robert Morris Colonials earned their sixth overall bid to nationals on Saturday, and will enter as a No.2 seed. The Colonials defeated West Virginia 4-1 to claim the College Hockey Mid-America Playoff Championship. Tyler Kovac and Justin Adamski staked the Colonials to a 2-0 lead after the first period. Kevin Mackey was the Tournament's Most Valuable Player as he turned aside 32 shots. The Mountaineers' goaltender Jacob Hough made 43 saves to keep the game close until the middle of the third period.
