Derek Crocker is a native of Wakefield, MA and has been heavily involved in the hockey community for many years. Derek graduated in high school in 2009 - a former standout - 4-year varsity letter winner for Wakefield High School. Leading the warriors as a captain in 2009, Derek earned All Middlesex honors, Hockey Night in Boston (Junior/Senior) Showcases. After a stellar high school career Derek signed a letter of intent to play at Salem State University under legendary coach Billy O’Neill. Derek and the Vikings captured the 2010 MASCAC Championship and finished runner up in 2011, 2012 & 2013. Derek posted 31G, 35A for 66 Points in 94 career NCAA games. Derek was a lead instructor for over 10 years at Select Skills and brings a wealth of knowledge and a great attitude to the rink!
