MABL NYC would like to present to you the players of the week for week 3.

Leading off, MABL NYC would like to congratulate former cy young winner Ryan Smith. Ryan smith started of slow by throwing 20 pitches in the first inning. However, he settled by throwing 45 pitches the rest of the way. Smith completed the game by striking out 10 Marlins and only giving up 5 hits with 0 walks and 0 runs. Once the weather starts getting better, expect Smith to pitch the rest of the way if healthy and dominate teams. 

Onto the position player side of things, MABL NYC would like to congratulate Riders 3B/C Chris Jackson. Jackson led the offensive pact by going 7 for 7 which included 2 homeruns and driving in 7 runs in a big field like Old Boys High School. In a humid gloomy day like this past Sunday, the ball was carrying well in favor of Jackson and a bad day for the Dbacks pitching staff. The right hand slugger Jackson has always been known to producing high offensive numbers no matter what team he is in.
