Fall Ball Calendar and Team Schedules

We added a CALENDAR section to the Team Ontario Astros website on September 3, 2018. Please locate it on the navigation Menu above.

The CALENDAR section contains a downloadable printable Fall Ball 2018 calendar in PDF format, prepared by Jim Stewart, and an online calendar based on Jim's printable one. The online calendar includes Google maps to each game/practice location.

In the TEAMS section, there is also a schedule for each age group that pulls just their events from the overall online calendar.

None of these calendars/schedules is complete. The printable calendar contains several events where game or practice times or locations are marked "TBD" or "TBA." Because of the limitations of the website's CMS platform, such events could not be entered into the online calendar or the schedules. Please keep this in mind if you are using the online calendar.

Please download and print out the PDF Fall Ball calendar and keep it handy.

If and when you encounter a "TBD" or "TBA" item for your age-level team, you should look to your coaches to fill in the gaps (times, locations). Also, if changes happen, your coaches will be the ones to let you know.

If that missing or updated information is made available to Christine, it will be entered into the electronic calendar.

For organization-wide TBAs like the location of the Parents' Info Night, updates will be posted on the website and on Twitter and Facebook when available.

For those who like to use an electronic calendar, you can subscribe to the entire online calendar feed or to the schedule for your son's team. There is a link on those pages to do so.

For parents who subscribed to the calendar last year, please unsubscribe from that feed if your son has moved up an age level. Otherwise, you will get the wrong feed. For example, if your son was in 14U last year, unsubscribe from the 14U feed and subscribe to the 15U feed.

You can also export the entire online calendar or your son's schedule to an ICS file that you should then be able to import to your preferred calendar app. Here are the instructions for doing this with Google Calendar.

Thank you!
