The Windsor Clippers dropped a hard fought game to the visiting Six Nations Rebels 11-10. The loss evens the Clippers record at 2-2 on the season. Six Nations is 6-0.
Rookie Brayden Mayea scored three goals and added a pair of assists to lead all Clippers scorers. Chase Kavanaugh, Connor McManus and Darien Delisle scored twice each, and Noah Bushnell scored once to go along with five assists to round out the Clippers scoring..
Carson Hebner started and took the loss in goal for the Clippers. Hebner stopped 42 of 53 shots.
Next up for the Clippers is a visit from the London Blue Devils on Thursday night. Game time at Forest Glade arena is 8:00 pm
