Jakob Robillard has had a tremendous first season with the Hawkesbury Hawks Midget AAA program. His calm demeanor, puck playing ability and consistency has put him on OHL teams radar and has been a big reason for the Hawks success this season.
Among the league leaders in every goaltending statistical category, Jakob has allowed 2 goals or less in 11 of his 12 starts, giving his team a great chance to win every time he takes the goal crease.
Through 12 starts, Jakob has a 9-2-1-0 record, a 1.42 GAA, and league leading .945 SV%. He has also posted 3 shutouts on the year.
The Wendover, ON native was a free agent signing by the Hawks after playing his 2016-17 season in the U.S.

The way he works and prepares himself for every game and practice is remarkable. Jakob has great lateral movement that allows him to get from post to post to make those big saves.
