EVERETT, Wash. - The Everett Jr. Silvertips (16UAAA), under the direction of general manager Scott Brihn and head coach Turner Stevenson, concluded the 2016-17 regular season in the 16U Division of the North American Prospects Hockey League with a record of 17-4-1 and a second place finish.
Steering a 17 win improvement this season, the Silvertips finished nine points behind first place Omaha AAA 16U.
The Jr. Silvertips compiled a winning streak of seven games throughout the time span of November 11 to December 4.

Dawson Butt had a six goal streak from November 13-December 4, and Sammy Willman had two separate four goal streaks (one from December 3-4), and the other from January 7 to present.
Hunter Campbell also had a four goal streak from October 22-24. Goaltender Devin Chapman led the NAPHL in wins (14) and was tied for 10th in goals against average (2.29), compiling a record of 14-4-0-0 in 18 games.
The top 10 teams in the standings qualify to play for the NAPHL Gold Division Championship, and the Jr. Silvertips will be participating in the 2017 NAPHL Dixon Cup Championship scheduled to be held February 17-20, 2017 at Troy Sports Center in Troy, Mich.
