Isaac Rodgers kept the Piedmont Pride (34-10) off the board during his 5 2/3 innings of work and the SBA Bones (31-12) beat the Piedmont Pride, 5-3.
Rodgers allowed no hits, two walks and struck out seven.
James Reemsnyder had two extra-base hits for the SBA Bones. He doubled in the seventh inning and homered in the eleventh inning.
Willis Dobison ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
The SBA Bones were sparked by Reemsnyder and Chance Bowden, who teamed up for four hits and two RBIs.
