Thanks to the contributions of prior sponsors, Hartnell Little League has embarked on an ambitious project to renovate Doglione Field prior to the 2016 Opening Day Ceremony.  Several volunteers, committee members and representatives from local business entities have dedicated time, money, materials and other resources to:  

• Remove sod and soil from the infield, foul territory, and parts of the outfield area;
• Grade and level the infield and foul territory area;
• Install a new infield irrigation system;
• Install new drought resistant sod and professional-grade clay in the infield and foul territory;
• Install a new outfield warning track and two pitching bullpens; and
• Aerate and apply new seed to the outfield sod.
