On Sept. 25 Andrew Davis, Phil Miller and Logan Saunders of the Blue Wings, visited elementary schools in the Perth and Lanark area giving out free tickets to Friday's game, compliments of the night's sponsor, Jim Peden and the Team at CGIS in Perth. The players signed autographs, participated in some sports activities with the children in some of the schools and answered questions. Meeting and spending time with the young fans that support junior hockey in our town is what hockey is really about. It was a great day in our community.
