To promote the growth of the game of basketball globally, the Mississauga Power will be sending their "Power Canadian Devleopment Team" comprised of players who have excelled at the MegaCity Power Pro-Am over to China to the Four Nation's Mens' Basketball Invitational Tournament. 

 

The "Power Canadian Devleopment Team" is part of the Canadian Development Program founded by the Mississauga Power which provides Canadian players and coaches a unique platform and opportunity to continue to develop and improve their basketball skills and knowledge.

 

The team will pay 6 games from July 26 to August 5 in Shen Zhen and Zhong Shan, China. The players will have their abilities tested as they take on the New Zealand Men’s Basketball National Team, Cameroon Men’s Basketball National Team, and China Liao Ning Men’s Basketball Team of the Chinese Basketball Association.
