Farmingdale Dalers: The Dalers had an up-and-down season last year, but they too should be a very tough, deep team to compete against.

Middle Country Cougars: The Cougars are last year’s JV champions and are still the team to beat until proven otherwise.

Plainedge Red Devils: Plainedge was a Middle School favorite for at least two seasons, and now they take their experienced group into JV to compete in a very deep division.

POB / JFK Hawks: POB returns to JV with what should be a very competitive squad.

Roslyn Bulldogs: Last year’s Tier 1 runner-ups get some reinforcements from Middle School to make a deep team.

Smithtown Bulls: Smithtown returns to the league for the first time in three years and should be in the mix off the bat.
