PLAYER OF THE WEEK

ZACH KLEINWAKS, LONG ISLAND SOUND

Zach Kleinwaks (NYIT), batted .625 during the week.  Kleinwaks added 3 RBI's and 2 runs scored to help lead the Sound to a double-header sweep of the Astros.

PITCHER OF THE WEEK:

JACK PALMA, LONG ISLAND NOR'EASTERS

Jack Palma (Stonybrook University) notched a win this week, defeating the Lightning.  Palma tossed a complete game shutout, scattering three hits in 7 innings.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK:

BRENDAN MCFALL, LONG ISLAND NOR'EASTERS

Brendan McFall (Tufts University) takes home his second Rookie of the Week Award this summer.  McFall picked up a save against the Redbirds and a win against the Lightning this week.  He struck out 10 batters in 5 innings of work
