Champions Day At Comerica Park

Celebrating together the 2017-18 hockey season one last time

Congratulations to all Regular Season and Playoff champions! 

We hope you enjoyed the ninth annual Champions Day at Comerica Park event.  A tradition that was started back in 2009 has grown to become one of the most unique highlights offered through the Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League through our partnership with the Detroit Tigers, Ilitch Holdings Inc., and Major League Baseball offices.

This year we celebrated with over 2,000 players and coaches who received a complimentary ticket into the game and were recognized on the field in front of the home crowd at the ballpark.   The  opportunity of hosting such an event has captured the true spirit of our league by providing these young athletes a world-class experience in what we hope has created some great memories that will last a lifetime.  There were teams from near and far who traveled to celebrate together one last time before we collectively conclude the 2017-18 fall hockey season and begin to look ahead into next year’s 2018-19 season.  

Thank you to all participating teams within the Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League and the Little Caesars Michigan Girls Hockey League who attended the April 20th and April 22nd games.
