The Cascades opened CCBC play sweeping a double header against 2017 runner-up Thompson Rivers University. Led by starting pitchers Dylan Emmons and Evan Petersen, the Cascades surrendered only 3 runs against a potent Wolfpack lineup. The offence was led by first baseman Riley Jepsen who reached base five times over the two games.
