Atwater was able to walk off on the Storm to get the victory on Sunday in the home finale by a score of 7-6.
 
On the Mound- 
Matt Thomas (Trinity University) started for Atwater as he threw 7 innings and gave up 3 runs on 5 hits. Thomas struck out 4 batters this game. 
 
Spencer Dokken tossed 7.2 innings and surrendered 6 runs but struck out 8 Aviators. 
 
Game Summary-
Daniel Hermosillo (Simpson University) led the offense today with a 2-3 day. Hermosillo also scored 3 runs and walked once. Mason Washington (Modesto JC) was 1-3 with 2 runs scored. 
 
For South Bay, Digger Gugale was 4-5 with 5 RBI and 2 runs scored. Gugale had two bombs, including 2 game- tying hits.

What's Next: Atwater finishes the regular season with a doubleheader against the Storm on Tuesday, July 25. The Aviators currently trail Reno by half a game in the standings.
