The Green Gaels and the Oakville Buzz are set to break their 1 - 1 series tie this evening at the Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex in Clarington at 8PM when the Gaels host game #3 of the OJBLL Eastern Conference Semi-Finals.

Following the pattern of last years OJBLL Eastern Conference Finals between these two teams, the Green Gaels took game #1 of the series 10 - 7 at home. The following night, the Buzz came out and defeated the Gaels 14 - 13 at Joshua's Creek Arena to even the series at one game apiece.

The Gaels will return to Rickard in front of their home town fans which should provide a bit of boost before a quick turn around tomorrow when they back to Oakville for game #4 at Joshua's Creek. Brady Kearnan will look to continue his hot play posting 10 goals over the first two games of the series, including 6 goals in game #1 to help lead the boys in Green to the victory. Matt Anderson has answered the call for the Buzz, putting up 6 goals over the first two games, including 5 goals at Joshua's Creek Arena throughout game #2 to help the Buzz even the series.

Don't miss game #3 at Rickard tonight as this series is proving to be a tight one, and the playoff rivalry between these two clubs continues to grow.

Tickets for Green Gaels home playoff games are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and students, while children 12 and under are admitted free under the supervision of an adult. Kids, don't forget to bring your sticks and helmets with you to the arena to go on the floor in between periods!
