2020 Golf Outing CANCELED

Keene, NH- The Keene State College Owls Men's Hockey Club soundly defeated the University of Vermont on Saturday night to round out the regular season and wrap up the team's 1st ever Patriot West Division Regular Season Title. After giving up an early power play goal, KSC scored six unanswered to blow out the Catamounts. Keene was led by Andrew Pierce's two goals; Matt Girard scored the game winner about four-and-a-half minutes into the game. Chris Bertone, Kyle Carignan and Lucas Poulin also neeted goals. Carlin Testa made 30 saves in goal. The Owls went four for nine on the power play in a game that featured 89 minutes in pealties.
During the game, Keene State honored 11 graduating seniors, playing in their final home game: Adin Sobel, Andrew Pierce, Matt Girard, Kurt MItchell, Cooper Hines, Derek Clark, Ricky Panton, Josh Bell, Jeff Rossman, Trevor Theroux and Chirs O'Hara.
KSC was scheduled to visit Northeastern University on Sunday but the game was cancelled due to a snow storm. Keene (15-5-2 overall, 7-1 Division) will be the top seed in the NECHA tournament this weekend in Nashua.
