After the wintr break, the Montclair State Women's team hosted one of the ACHA's top teams in the eastern region, the United States Naval Academy. Britt Meneghin and Amanda Peterson led the way, but fell just short of the victory as the team fell 7-5 in regulation. Meneghin finished with 3 goals and 1 assist while Peterson tallied once and added two assists. Kristen Iattarelli also added a goal in that contest.

Last Saturday the team travelled to the Jersey Shore Arena to take on the U19 Jersey Shore Wildcats. Falling to them earlier this season, the Red Hawks took an impressive 6-1 victory back to campus. With 6 different goal scorers and a 16 save performance by Kaye Ferguson, the team was able to secure their 5th win of the season.
