Aaron Arruda went 2-2 and hit a home run, sparking the Anchorage Bucs (21-23) to a 6-5 victory over the Matsu Miners (26-18) on Wednesday at Hermon Brothers Field.

He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the eighth inning.

Michael Donadio had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the second innings, singled in the fourth inning, and tripled in the seventh innings.

Zach Reid recorded his second win of the year for the Anchorage Bucs. He allowed one run over 2 2/3 innings. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered one hit.

Mick Vorhof (1-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
