Lee Solomon went 2-3 as the S Ohio Copperheads (16-13) took home a 6-2 victory over the Richmond Jazz (9-20) at McBride Stadium on Friday.
He singled in the first and third innings.Wade Martin picked up the win for the S Ohio Copperheads. Martin allowed two earned runs, five hits and no walks while striking out two over seven innings of work.
John Troll (1-4) took the loss for the Richmond Jazz. He lasted just six innings, walked six, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
