The Lake Tahoe Blue hockey team, members of the Western States Hockey League are proud to announce the signing of Aksel Friberg.
Friberg comes to the Blue from Sweden. Over the last 2 years, Friberg has suited up for both Helsingborgs Hockey Club U18 and U20 team. Friberg is 6’3 and 185 pounds.
"Aksel has experience at both offense and defense. Look for him to be up around the point on our power play,” Head Coach Mike Richardson says. “Aksel has a strong body, he can shoot, and his experience at both offense and defense makes him a double threat,” Richardson says.
