Native of Syracuse, New York… Attended West Genesee High School where he lettered in lacrosse all four years, won the New York State Championship in 2008, and won the 2008-2010 New York Section III titles. He also earned All-League first team and high school All-American honors… Went on to play lacrosse at Loyola University, where he earned USILA All-American First Team honors, ECAC All-Academic honors and ECAC Defensive Player of the Year.
