“Herby” as his teammates and friends call him came to Trenton from the Burlington Cougars along with teammate Ben Scheel in an off-season acquisition. Big, strong, mobile, shot blocker, good passer/shooter are words to describe Spencer’s game. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, golf, working with kids and playing with his dogs. A High School Honour Roll Graduate Mr. Herbst aspires to play NCAA hockey next season.
