08-09 Season, Captain of the Ontario Hockey Academy’s Prep Team. Winners of the Montreal Enterprise Tournament. Lost in the finals of the Boston Jr Bruins Invitational and Shattuck-St. Mary’s Invitational.  Team’s leading scorer with 50 Points in 42 Games, 25 Goals and 25 Assists. Played for Head Coach/Director of Hockey Operations Rick Lalonde. Played Midget AAA for the Moncton Flyers in the 07-08 Season, Played defence in the playoffs where the team lost in the New Brunswick Provincial Finals.
Enrolled at the University of Oklahoma part time. Graduated with Honors from Bernice MacNaughton High School in June of 2008. Planning on enrolling in pre-medical courses before becoming a pharmacist. Oldest son of Bob and Loreen Warner, 5 years older than little Brother Derek.
