2006 Season (San Francisco): Scored 15 goals (1 2-point goal) and 10 assists. A team Co-Captain. Appeared in 2006 All Star Game, his second consecutive All Star game appearance. Had 1 assist and 5 groundballs in home opener vs Denver on 5/28. Scored 3 goals in a 25-20 win at Denver on 6/10 and followed it up with 1 goal and 2 assists on 6/17 at Boston. Scored 1 goal (2-pointer) and 4 assists vs Los Angeles on 7/23. Finished the regular season with 3 goals at Rochester on 7/29, 2 goals vs Los Angeles on 8/5 and 2 goals and 1 assist vs Chicago on 8/11. Had 2 goals in semifinal game vs Denver on 8/25 in the New Balance Championship Weekend.
College: Standout at University of Virginia…Led the Cavaliers to the 2003 National Championship over John’s Hopkins University, scoring Virginia’s first goal of the contest and adding four assists…Was the first midfielder in 37 years to lead the Virginia offense in scoring with 49 points (26g, 23a)…Won the Tewaaraton Award as the nations best lacrosse player…Named the ACC Player of the Year during his senior season...Midfielder of the Year, 2003…Three-Time All-American, twice First-Team…Three-Time All-ACC.
