BIO
Nathan Glenn Livingstone; Born September 3rd 1990. Shot- Left. Was drafted 3rd round to the Bears in 2006. Being named an affiliate for the bears in 2006/2007 season. Played Junior B for the Brockville Tikis before being traded to the Athens Aeros in the 2006/2007 season, where he was named the Best Defensemen for the Aeros. Third Junior ‘A’ season in the CJHL, starting with the Smith Falls Bears in the 2007 playoffs. In the 2008/2009 season was named assistant captain for the Bears. In the 2009/2010 season was named team captain before being traded to the Brockville Braves on Dec 1st of 2009. Invited to Team Canada East Mini Camp in 2008. Declined an opportunity with the Oshawa Generals of the OHL to pursue the NCAA. Graduated from Thousand Islands Secondary School in June of 2008 with an average of 79%. Prior to Junior Hockey: From 2000 to 2006 played for Rideau St. Lawrence Kings. Won 3 bronze medals and a 7th place finish at OFSAA Track and Field for pole vault. Won rookie of the year for Varsity High School hockey in grade 9. Was awarded an Excellent Student Award in grade 9 for outstanding academics and athletics. Personal: The son of Glenn and Wendy Livingstone. One sibling, being older brother Jason who attends Brock University in St. Catherines, ON.
