MISSISSAUGA's Lindsay Agnew (C) scored 9:56 into overtime to beat TORONTO, 2-1 (OT). The win gave MISSISSAUGA a 1-0 lead in the best of one series. In addition, MISSISSAUGA received assists from Samantha McCluskey, who had one and Daryl Watts, who had two. TORONTO put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow MISSISSAUGA to score on any of its six power plays. TORONTO was led by Lauren Ianni, who scored the team's only goal. Ianni scored 1:48 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Sabrina Repaci (A) picked up the assist. MISSISSAUGA incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Stephanie Neatby recorded 34 saves for TORONTO. TORONTO incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
