Great Falls tried its best to erase a two-goal deficit, but Metro would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 5-4.

Metro made the score 5-3 on a goal by Mathias Tellstrom at 19:07 in the third period, and Great Falls got as close as 5-4 when Tyler Garcia scored 19:31 into the third period.

Metro was sparked by Tellstrom, who racked up one goal.
