Bozeman tried to dig itself out of a two-goal hole, but Great Falls held on for a 2-1 victory. Great Falls made the score 2-0 on a goal by Josh Larson at 15:33 in the first period, and Bozeman got as close as 2-1 when Casey Gobel scored 5:37 into the third period. The win by Great Falls clinched the best of three series at 2-0. Larson was all over the ice for Great Falls, as he had two goals in the win. In addition, Great Falls received assists from Tanner Congdon and Ricards Bernhards, who each chipped in two. Other players who recorded assists for Bozeman were Daniel Liberko and Nicholas Thompson, who contributed one each. Jake Stephan made 24 saves for Great Falls on 25 shots. Great Falls incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Stephen Frank rejected 22 shots on goal for Bozeman. Bozeman incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
