Nepean Midget AAA's power play was ineffective against Kanata Midget AAA's penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded.

Lasers were led by Cade Townend, who tallied one goal. Townend scored in the third period to make the score 3-1 Kanata Midget AAA.

Kanata Midget AAA stifled Raiders's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Kanata Midget AAA additionally got points from Adam Church, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Kanata Midget AAA also had goals scored by Luca Nocita and Mack Miller, who each put in one. In addition, Kanata Midget AAA received assists from Bennett Stockdale, Daniel McIntyre, and Ty Gauthier, who each chipped in one.

Nepean Midget AAA put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Lasers to score on any of their five power plays.

Raiders were led by Nicholas Domitrovic, who scored the team's only goal. Domitrovic scored in the first period to make the score 1-0 Nepean Midget AAA. Geoff Dempster picked up the assist.

Kanata Midget AAA incurred ten minutes in penalty time with five minors. Anand Oberoi rejected 19 shots on goal for Nepean Midget AAA. Raiders incurred ten minutes in penalty time with five minors.
