The win gave Nepean Midget AAA a one-zero lead in the best of one series.

Raiders were led by Connor Lacey, who grabbed one goal. Lacey scored in the third period to make the score 2-1 Nepean Midget AAA. Nicholas Domitrovic and Nick Dunnion registered the assists on the goal.

Nepean Midget AAA kept Smiths Falls Midget AAA's goalie busy throughout the game, and Alex Zoutis made 31 saves on 33 shots.

Nepean Midget AAA also got a goal from Geoff Dempster as well. In addition, Nepean Midget AAA received assists from Kyle Kuehni, Dunnion, Domitrovic, and Paul Larabie, who each chipped in one.

Bears were led by Connor Drost, who scored the team's only goal. Drost scored in the second period to make the score 1-0 Smiths Falls Midget AAA. Sebastien Semerdjiev claimed the first assist on the goal, and Ethan Coltart got the second.

Marshall Frappier made 29 saves for Raiders on 30 shots. Nepean Midget AAA incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Smiths Falls Midget AAA incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
