Trevor Dulong tallied one point to lead the London Nationals to a 6-2 victory over the Strathroy Rockets. The win by London clinched the best of seven series at 4-1. Strathroy was unable to stop the Nationals from sending pucks towards the net, and London eventually piled up 35 shots on goal. London also got points from Tyler Sehovic, who also had one goal and one assist and John Adams, who also racked up one goal and one assist. London also got a goal from Scott Goodman as well. In addition, London received assists from Derek Di Iorio, Alex Cimino, Tanner Ferreira, Kevin Madden, Austin Kemp, and Matt Doty, who each chipped in one and Kyle Robinson and Rai Di Loreto, who contributed two each. The Rockets were helped by Dillon Saunders, who registered two goals. Saunders scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 4:24 into the third period to make the score 5-1 London. A high sticking penalty on Sehovic had put Strathroy on the power play. Shane Bulitka provided the assist. Saunders' next tally on the power play made the score 6-2 London with 9:55 left in the third period. The Rockets had gotten the advantage when the Nationals' Goodman was sent off for tripping. Max Ewart picked up the assist. Connor Hughes made 26 saves for London on 28 shots. The Nationals incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with 10 minors. Dane Gubbels rejected 29 shots on goal for Strathroy. The Rockets incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors.
