Josh DeLuca netted a hat trick to lead Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (mm) over Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (mm), 7-4.

DeLuca's first goal came 8:29 into the second period. He then added goals at 17:54 into the second and at 16:35 into the third.

The win gave Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (mm) a 1-0 lead in the best of one series.

Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (mm) also got points from ANDREW ANDARY, who also registered two goals and one assist and Austin Wright, who also had one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Jon Sanderson also scored for Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (mm). Other players who recorded assists for Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (mm) were Giovanni Carabelli, who had two and Justin Freeman, CHRISTOPHER CAMERON, Trevor Bishop, PAUL BRYER, Drew Hunter, Hunter Carrick, HUGH ANDERSON, and RYAN CULLEN, who contributed one each.
