The Wheatley Omstead Sharks had trouble finding ways to stop the Amherstburg Integrity Admirals, which beat Omstead Sharks, 7-0. The win gave Amherstburg a 2-0 lead in the best of seven series. The Integrity Admirals' penalty kill excelled, as Amherstburg gave up zero goals despite allowing six power plays. The Integrity Admirals were paced by Travis Campbell, who finished with one goal. Campbell scored 33 seconds into the first period to make the score 1-0 Amherstburg. Blaine Bechard picked up the assist. Amherstburg stifled Wheatley's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Amherstburg additionally got points from Caleb Paquette, who also grabbed two goals and one assist and Broden Meloche, who also finished with one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Dylan Muzzatti also scored for Amherstburg. More assists for Amherstburg came via Dean Patterson, Curtis Prymack, Ryan Holzel, Ryan Alexander, and Austin Jennings, who contributed one each. The Omstead Sharks excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. The Integrity Admirals' Connor Meyerink stopped 16 shots out of the 16 that he faced. Amherstburg incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with nine minors. Adam Leboeuf took the loss and made 20 saves before being replaced by Eric Morneau who made zero saves. Wheatley incurred 48 minutes in penalty time with nine minors.
