M2 Saint Marys University Minneso came close to giving away a three-goal lead to M2 Winona State University, but did just enough to escape with a 4-3 victory.

M2 Saint Marys University Minneso led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when M2 Saint Marys University Minneso's Ian Taylor scored at 13:15 in the first period to put M2 Saint Marys University Minneso up 3-0.

Doyle Peterson was all over the ice for M2 Saint Marys University Minneso, as he finished with two goals in the win.
