Philadelphia Little Flyers 18U vanquishes Omaha AAA 18U in shootout, 2-1

Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as Philadelphia Little Flyers 18U defeated Omaha AAA 18U in a shootout 2-1.

The shootout lasted for 10 attempts between the teams.

Philadelphia Little Flyers 18U came back from a one-goal deficit to capture the victory. Philadelphia Little Flyers 18U trailed 1-0 after a goal by Omaha AAA 18U's Tristan Ashbrook at 12:39 in the first period. Philadelphia Little Flyers 18U knotted things up at 1-1 on a goal by Nicholas Frangos at 14:55 in the third period.
