Ridley College and Upper Canada College could not settle their match and fought to a 2-2 tie.

The Tigers put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow the Blues to score on any of their eight power plays. Ridley College could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 32 minutes in penalties during the game.

The Tigers were led by Andrew McIntyre, who registered one goal and one assist. McIntyre scored 19:35 into the third period to make the score 2-2. Connor Hill assisted on the tally. Ryan Mahshie also scored for Ridley College. In addition, Ridley College received assists from Cole Cameron and Cameron Beaudry, who contributed one each.

Upper Canada College excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. The Blues' offense rang up 34 shots on Ridley College's net.

Upper Canada College was helped by Jacob Golden, who finished with one goal. Golden scored 6:41 into the third period to make the score 1-1. Reid Humphrey picked up the assist. Upper Canada College also got a goal from Michael Wood as well. Other players who recorded assists for Upper Canada College were Zack Jackson, who had one.

Chris McGonigle rejected 32 shots on goal for the Tigers. Colby Muise made 20 saves for the Blues on 22 shots. Upper Canada College incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
