Iowa Wild (MM) boosted by Pluhar's play in net, beats St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) 3-1

Iowa Wild (MM) relied on the sparkling performance of RJ Pluhar in net to grab a 3-1 win against St. Louis AAA Blues (MM).

Iowa Wild (MM) was led by Erkka Vanska, who grabbed one goal and one assist. Vanska scored 5:13 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Iowa Wild (MM). Kyle Wadden picked up the assist.

Iowa Wild (MM) forced St. Louis AAA Blues (MM)'s goaltenders to work without much rest, taking 35 shots and forcing 32 saves. Gustav Soderkvist made 19 stops and Jake Barczewski made 13.
