Huge game by Lanzilli boosts Massachusetts University of over Northeastern University, 7-0

Behind a great game by Brittani Lanzilli, who had four goals and one assist, the Massachusetts University of Minutemen defeated the Northeastern University Huskies, 7-0.

Lanzilli's first goal came 15:21 into the first period. He then added goals at 13:38 into the second, at 14:04 into the second, and at 18:14 into the second.

Massachusetts University of stifled Northeastern University's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Minutemen's defensive effort looked to be improved. Massachusetts University of gives up 3.0 goals on average per game. The Huskies were unable to stop the Minutemen from sending pucks towards the net, and Massachusetts University of eventually piled up 78 shots on goal.
