Katelyn Augustine scored the go-ahead goal in the first period, and the Miami University RedHawks held off the challenges of the Robert Morris Univ Illinoi Eagles in a tough 3-1 win.

Miami University took over the lead for good with a goal by Augustine at 9:13 in the first period. A body checking penalty on Bria Berggren had put the RedHawks on the power play. Rachael Booth picked up the assist.
