In a game where neither team could get a cushion, Fox Motors (MM) escaped with a 4-3 victory over Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM).

Neither team gained more than a one-goal lead, and Zach Heintz's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker.

Fox Motors (MM) got the win with help from a great game by Noah Poindexter, who had two goals and one assist. Poindexter scored the first of his two goals at 17 seconds into the first period to make the score 1-0 Fox Motors (MM). Trevor Zenas provided the assist. Poindexter's next tally made the score 3-3 with 2:08 left in the second period. PJ Rapin picked up the assist.
