The game between the OHA U17 Midget AAA OHA U16 and the CIHA Green Midget AAA Green was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end OHA U17 Midget AAA emerged with a 3-2 win.

The OHA U16 gained the winning advantage on a goal by Thomas Callaghan 13:17 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer.

OHA U17 Midget AAA's penalty kill excelled, as the OHA U16 gave up zero goals despite allowing six power plays.

OHA U17 Midget AAA was led by Callaghan, who finished with one goal.

The OHA U16 stifled CIHA Green Midget AAA's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

OHA U17 Midget AAA also had goals scored by Matthew Briggs and Yanick Leblanc, who each put in one. More assists for OHA U17 Midget AAA came via Matthew Edgecombe, Nicholas Abbott, and Nash McLean, who contributed one each.

The Green put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow OHA U17 Midget AAA to score on any of its four power plays.

CIHA Green Midget AAA was helped by Marc-Andre Lecouffe, who grabbed one goal. Lecouffe scored 6:58 into the second period to make the score 2-1 OHA U17 Midget AAA. CIHA Green Midget AAA also got a goal from Matthew Grouchy as well. In addition, CIHA Green Midget AAA received assists from Bryson Michel, who had one.

Dillon Lamarche made 22 saves for the OHA U16 on 24 shots. OHA U17 Midget AAA incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Ethan Hunt rejected 23 shots on goal for the Green. CIHA Green Midget AAA incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
