The CIHA Green Midget AAA Green beat the OHA U18 Midget AAA OHA U17, 1-0, in a contest where the winning goal was scored in the first period but the game remained close throughout.

The Green were boosted by Ethan Hunt, who turned in a shutout with 27 saves. The solid play of Hunt will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 2.84.

CIHA Green Midget AAA was led by Rogers, who had one goal.

The Green stifled OHA U18 Midget AAA's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. CIHA Green Midget AAA's defense was surprisingly good. The Green average 2.9 goals allowed per game.
