The Cumberland Midget AAA Grads beat the Gloucester Midget AAA Rangers, 5-2.

Cumberland Midget AAA's penalty killing units received substantial work throughout the game as the Grads finished with 16 penalty minutes.

Cumberland Midget AAA was led by Alex Robert, who finished with two goals. Robert scored the first of his two goals at 23 seconds into the third period to make the score 3-0 Cumberland Midget AAA. Zakary Rodrigue picked up the assist. Robert's next tally made the score 5-2 Cumberland Midget AAA with 4:56 left in the third period. Cumberland Midget AAA also had goals scored by Andrew Robichaud, Roman Cannell, and Francois Drouin, who each put in one. In addition, Cumberland Midget AAA received assists from Alex Wall and Noah Johnston, who each chipped in one.

Gloucester Midget AAA could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 16 minutes in penalties during the game.

The Rangers were helped by Marc Brosseau, who tallied one goal and one assist. Brosseau scored on the power play 5:08 into the third period to make the score 3-1 Cumberland Midget AAA. A head contact penalty on Robert had put Gloucester Midget AAA on the power play. Nicolas Seguin provided the assist. Gloucester Midget AAA additionally got points from Seguin, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. More assists for Gloucester Midget AAA came via Ethan Manderville, who had one.

Kai Edmonds recorded 16 saves for the Grads. Cumberland Midget AAA registered one goal on six power play opportunities. Jean-Sebastien Gratton made 24 saves for the Rangers on 29 shots. Gloucester Midget AAA registered one goal on five power play opportunities.
