Reid Barber gave the Pembroke Midget AAA Lumber Kings the lead in the first period, and the Nepean Midget AAA Raiders was never able to catch up in a close game that ended 3-1.

The Lumber Kings were led by goalie Jake Smith, who finished with 25 saves while allowing one goal. The solid play of Smith will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 3.18.

Pembroke Midget AAA was led by Andre Simard, who had one goal. Simard scored 21 seconds into the second period to make the score 2-0 Pembroke Midget AAA.

The Lumber Kings managed to stay out of the box better than usual, racking up one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Pembroke Midget AAA finished below its season average of 12.0 penalty minutes per game.

Pembroke Midget AAA also got points from Noah Maika, who also registered one goal and one assist.

Nepean Midget AAA was led by Paul Larabie, who scored the team's only goal. Larabie scored on the power play 37 seconds into the third period to make the score 2-1 Pembroke Midget AAA. JJ Boucher assisted on the tally.

The Lumber Kings registered zero goals on zero power play opportunities. Marshall Frappier made 22 saves for the Raiders on 25 shots. Nepean Midget AAA avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored one goal off of one power plays.
