The OHA U18 Midget AAA OHA U17 had trouble finding ways to stop the Carleton Place Midget AAA Canadians, which beat OHA U17, 3-0.

Carleton Place Midget AAA was paced by Skylar Quartermain, who tallied one goal. Quartermain scored 8:20 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Carleton Place Midget AAA.

The Canadians got an offensive boost from their blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.
