The Brockville Midget AAA Braves' Mark Morrison had a big offensive game, scoring one goal and contributing two assists in his team's 5-2 win over the Pembroke Midget AAA Lumber Kings.

Morrison got on the board by slotting home a goal 4:03 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Brockville Midget AAA. Adam VanEttinger picked up the assist. Morrison dished an assist on Jared Patterson's goal that made the score 2-0 Brockville Midget AAA at 5:05 into the second period. He added another helper on VanEttinger's goal that made the score 4-1 Brockville Midget AAA at 13:04 into the second period.

Pembroke Midget AAA was unable to stop Brockville Midget AAA from sending pucks towards the net, and the Braves eventually piled up 32 shots on goal. Brockville Midget AAA surpassed its usual scoring output this season. The Braves average 2.8 goals per game. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.
