The Gloucester Midget AAA Rangers pulled out a 3-2 (OT) overtime victory over the Pembroke Midget AAA Lumber Kings on a clutch goal by Sam Paquette.

Gloucester Midget AAA was led by Paquette, who tallied one goal. Paquette scored 1:11 into overtime to make the score 3-2 Gloucester Midget AAA. Nicolas Seguin assisted on the tally.

The Rangers excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances.

Gloucester Midget AAA also got points from Seguin, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Gloucester Midget AAA also got a goal from Cameron Sinclair as well. More assists for Gloucester Midget AAA came via Samuel Labre, Sean Rakowski, Erik Ross, Connor Noonan, and Ty Morelli, who contributed one each.

Pembroke Midget AAA was helped by Noah Maika, who racked up one goal. Maika scored 3:14 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Reid Barber picked up the assist. Lawson Leclaire also scored for Pembroke Midget AAA. In addition, Pembroke Midget AAA received assists from Connor Fulton, Jared Campitelli, and Will Searle, who each chipped in one.

Jean-Sebastien Gratton recorded 25 saves for Gloucester Midget AAA. The Rangers incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. The Lumber Kings' Jake Smith stopped 23 shots out of the 26 that he faced. Pembroke Midget AAA incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
